I should make clear that taxes in this context refer to taxes in the Commonwealth of Dominica. We never purport to talk about taxation issues relating to another country. Any person residing overseas must take tax advice from specialists in their country of residence as it relates to matters affecting their tax situation in that country.

When you talk about taxes, you mean local country taxes right? Or are you referring to taxes by the US government for income earned abroad? Just wanted to clear that up in my head, since Uncle Sam will definitely want a piece of any earnings we earn on investment property in other countries.
